Guarantee & conditions
What you can expect from every job
Our guarantee
We guarantee on-time pick-up within the agreed two-hour window. If we miss the pick-up without prior notice, the booking fee for that leg is waived. Delays caused by weather, road closures, customer paperwork or third-party loading are excluded from this guarantee.
Cargo care coverage is included up to $250,000 for general freight. Higher value or specialised goods can be covered by declared-value insurance arranged before dispatch.
Booking conditions
- Bookings require a 24-hour notice for standard freight and 72 hours for heavy haulage.
- Cut-off weight and dimensions must be confirmed before quoting.
- Cancellation fees apply within 12 hours of the booked pick-up window.
- Loading and unloading must be completed within 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment terms are 14 days for approved accounts or pre-payment for casual customers.
